Return & Refund policy

We have 30 day money back guarantee, if there have some problems with our product, you can apply for a return and refund within 30 days after the order is delivered.

Refund conditions:

  1. If you are not satisfied or dislike the product, you can contact us to apply for a refund within 30 days. You need to return the product to us. After we receive the product, you will get a refund.
  2. The product is damaged, please contact us immediately and attach a video to prove the product is damaged within 7 days of receipt. We will refund or re-ship the new one immediately according to your wishes.
  3. Man-made damage, if your product is damaged but it exceeds 7 days after receiving the product, we will consider it to be man-made damage, for which we cannot refund.


    Return Steps:


    1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us first with your order number and pictures of the product you received.
    2. After we confirm, please return the product to us.
    3. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
    4. The product must be original, along with the original packaging.
    5. Please select a logistics company with tracking information, the tracking information will be the proof of receipt of the product.

    Exchangment and Cancellation:

    • If your order has not been processed and shipped, you are eligible to cancel it or make an exchangment. Please send an email to our customer care team at jmsmartwatch@hotmail.com with your order number. 
    • If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it or make any exchangment.


    Refund Details:
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
